    For more then two decades, Steven Baeteman has been a key piece in reinvigorating the international design scene with his visceral, instinctive, and deep-rooted style. Steven is originally from Belgium but considers Vietnam his home, after having lived in Vietnam since 2000. Steven trained and qualified as an Interior architect in Belgium and U.K. and provides input to both creative design direction and project implementation across all projects.

  • DESIGN DIRECTOR

    Ghent University, Belgium - Master of Architecture (2005)

    Nicolaes Devriendt started his career as an architect in Vietnam, where he had the opportunity to explore different styles and techniques. It was during his time there that he met Steven Baeteman, a fellow designer who shared his philosophy and visual sense. Together, they worked on a number of successful projects, which helped them establish a strong reputation in the industry. Since joining the studio, Nicolaes has played a key role in developing innovative design solutions for a range of clients. His expertise in sustainable architecture and his commitment to creating functional and beautiful spaces have earned him a reputation as one of the most talented architects in the region

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Design & Environment - Masters of Architecture (2013)

    Upon completing his studies, Simon Chiang was employed as architectural designer by SCDA Architects. After SCDA, he joined Surbana Jurong as an Architectural Associate from 2015 - 2017. He was seconded to Safdie Architects in Boston, USA to work on a design competition for Changi Airport Terminal 5 with the renowned Moshe Safidie for three months before returning to Singapore where he co-founded Singaporean design firm Archetype Studio in 2018.In early 2021, Simon Chiang was appointed the Creative Director of the new Kuhlmann International Experience in Singapore.

    Pratt Institute School of Architecture, NYC, NY USA

    Bachelor of Architecture, with highest honors, May 1997 (5 years program)

    The University of Tokyo (TODAI)– Prof. Hidetoshi Ono’s Lab - Master of Urban Studies, April 2012 (2.5 years)

    Born in California, US.  Licensed architect in New York state and an AIA member (American Institute of Architects). Arnon Snapir spent nine years at TEK Architects in New York.

    In 2006, Arnon moved to Tokyo and joined Arata Isozaki & Associates, working on large-scale international projects globally.

    Arnon is head of Architecture and Masterplan projects.
