Cashew House

The project involves the design of a villa for Mr. Dong and his family. The villa will be situated in a specific location that necessitates adaptation to its climate and environmental features. The design will encompass the villa, a garden, interior spaces, and ancillary facilities, while minimizing long-term maintenance costs and efforts.

The villa exemplifies the core principles of our studio, where luxury is redefined as a profound sense of belonging and homeliness. Our design philosophy is rooted in creating spaces that nurture the soul, fostering comfort and inspiration for all inhabitants. This retreat aims to energize both mind and body, offering a haven of tranquility amidst the natural landscape.

Inspired by the surrounding sandy terrain, we have curated a simple yet bespoke material palette that complements the environment. The architecture harmonizes with the local ecosystem, seamlessly integrating local succulent plant species and the majestic mature cashew trees, which inject character and vitality into the surroundings.
